Icon star Allu Arjun and director Sukumar’s collaboration Pushpa 2 is currently dominating the box office. The film, which had a grand worldwide release on December 5, has achieved blockbuster success. Within just two weeks of its release, Pushpa 2 has earned nearly Rs 1500 crore globally, setting new records.

In the northern regions, the film is receiving tremendous attention from audiences. With house-full collections at theaters, there have been rumors circulating recently that the film will soon make its OTT debut. Reports claimed that Pushpa 2 was set to premiere on Netflix on January 9. However, the production house, Maitri Movie Makers, quickly responded to clarify the situation, stating that the rumors regarding the OTT release were false. They urged fans to continue enjoying the film on the big screen during the holiday season. Furthermore, they confirmed that the film will not be released on any OTT platform for 56 days post-release, putting an end to the speculation surrounding the OTT release.
