Amaravati: The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition seeking to postpone the Andhra Pradesh District Selection Committee (DSC) and Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) exam schedules, affirming that the DSC exams will continue as planned. The petition, filed by six candidates requesting a delay, was rejected by the apex court, which advised the petitioners to approach the High Court on June 5 for further relief.

Meanwhile, the application process for 16,347 teacher vacancies in Andhra Pradesh has concluded. The DSC and TET exams are slated to be held from June 6 to July 8, conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format. Some candidates have requested additional time to prepare.

Preliminary answer keys for the exams will be released within two days after the tests conclude. Objections to these keys will be accepted for seven days, after which the final keys will be published. The merit lists are expected to be released seven days following the publication of the final answer keys.
