A significant development has unfolded in the Pahalgam terrorist attack, with the emergence of a key video that could provide crucial evidence. A local videographer, who was filming reels for tourists visiting Baisaran, captured the entire attack on his camera. During the incident, the videographer hid behind a tree to record the event.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has deemed this footage vital for understanding the full scope of the attack. Authorities have identified that the terrorists split into two groups, firing shots from different directions in the valley. Initially, two terrorists approached tourists and threatened them with demands to follow Muslim religious practices before shooting and killing four individuals. As tourists fled the scene in panic, two more terrorists emerged from the Zipline area, continuing the attack.

The videographer, in an effort to escape, ran to take shelter on a tree branch, where he continued to film the assault. A senior official confirmed that the NIA has since questioned the videographer and collected evidence from him.
This video is expected to play a critical role in identifying the attackers and their accomplices. Additionally, it has come to light that the terrorists confiscated two phones from local residents during the attack, which authorities are currently tracking.
